You Are the Center of Your Birth Story
Bringing a new life into the world is one of the most powerful transitions you will ever navigate. Whether you envision a quiet home birth surrounded by midwives, laboring at a birth center, or bringing your baby into the world in a hospital room, this is your experience, your body, and your baby.
You don't need someone to tell you how to birth or parent. You deserve a steady, unshakeable support system that honors your instincts, protects your choices, and stands with you through every shift in the journey.

Your Voice Elevated: You hold the steering wheel in your care. Supported by grounded health literacy and a clear understanding of clinical environments, you will feel empowered to ask questions, understand your options, and make confident and informed decisions.
Your Peace of Mind: Through unexpected moments, stormy nights, or clear skies, you never have to weather the shifts of birth and early parenthood alone.

Meet Your Doula
Hello, I’m Wendy
(she/her)
I live here in Southwest Washington with my family, where I enjoy tackling home projects, spending time outdoors, and enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
My path to becoming a doula grew out of my own experience having two wonderful births surrounded by amazing support. Experiencing firsthand what a difference it makes to feel truly cared for, listened to, and encouraged stayed with me. It sparked a simple belief that every growing family deserves that same grounded, compassionate presence, so no one has to navigate birth or early parenthood feeling overwhelmed, rushed, or unheard.
How My Background Helps You
Alongside my doula work, I am a practicing Licensed Practical Nurse. That healthcare background gives me a comfortable, intuitive understanding of medical settings, clinical terms, and health procedures.
When I am with you as your doula, my role is strictly non-clinical. I am not there to perform nursing tasks, give medical advice, or make decisions for you. Instead, I use my healthcare familiarity to help demystify the system. I help you understand what’s being said, organize your questions, and navigate your choices calmly, whether you are birthing at home with midwives, at a birth center, or in a hospital.
What Working Together Looks Like
I’m here to support what feels right for your family, period. Whether you are planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, a planned C-section, or navigating bottle or breastfeeding at home, my focus is simply supporting your choices and helping you feel grounded along the way.
If you’d like to see if we’re a good fit, I’d love to connect for a free, no-pressure chat to hear what you’re hoping for in your birth or postpartum season.
